This is a research and communication project to monitor and promote cultural rights in Italy, conceived and designed by Armes Progetti. January-November 2016.
Cultural rights stated in the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” are considered secondary to civil and political rights.
However, in the CE report of Global Europe 2050,
a reference is made to the fact that cultural elements are fundamental – in the long term – for an extended participation of people in activating a greater intergenerational exchange and for their role in innovation and businesses.
In this context, Armes Progetti has designed a pilot project aimed at researching the parameters needed to map territories, based on cultural rights.
