The Association “European Paganini Route” was established, the reference body of the International Cultural Itinerary dedicated to Niccolò Paganini and his era, at the headquarters of the Giovine Orchestra Genovese – GOG in Genoa.
The Route will be a candidate for certification within the Council of Europe’s Cultural Routes Programme.
The Council of Europe’s Cultural Routes Programme was launched in 1987 and currently recognizes 48 International Routes.
The European Paganini Route is also an opportunity to encourage young people to develop their skills and talents, drawing inspiration from Paganini’s creativity and innovative energy. In keeping with the European spirit, the EPR promotes cooperation that transcends national borders through an international cultural and musical initiative.
Promoting committee: Nicola Costa, President of the GOG; Monica Amari, President of Amici del Festival Paganiniano di Carro; Davide Battistini, President of Società dei Concerti di Parma; Andrea Isola, President of Società dei Concerti di La Spezia; Michele Trenti, President of Associazione Amici di Paganini ETS di Genova.
The initiative is created and coordinated by ARMES Progetti in the context of the project “Carro, il Borgo di Paganini“, financed by the PNRR thanks to the call for projects “Attrattività dei Borghi Storici“.
