A research and communication project to monitor and promote cultural rights in Italy, conceived and designed by Armes progetti. Cultural rights set out in the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’ are perceived as marginal compared to civil and political rights. Yet the EC’s Global Europe 2050 report refers to the fact that cultural factors are fundamental, in a long-term perspective, for a greater participation of citizens in order to activate a greater intergenerational exchange and for innovation and entrepreneurship.

In this context, Armes devised a pilot project to identify parameters able to map the territory according to the recognition or non-recognition of cultural rights by carrying out “MY CULTURAL RIGHTS”. a series of interviews coordinated and directed by Alessandro Simonetti Lustig to promote the perception of cultural rights.
